After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment.
Your order is handled within 1 working day, and delivery usually takes 2-4 working days after the order has been processed. Working days are Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
In the order confirmation that you receive by email, you will find your order number and a delivery number that you can use to track your shipment with UPS, DHL, Budbee, FedEx or PostNord.
You can follow your delivery on the carrier's website using your tracking number. If you have an account, you can also see your orders when you are logged in.
If your tracking has not been updated for a while, or you have not received a tracking email within a few working days, please contact us at customerservice@sailracing.com and include your order number.
