Return policy and return fee

You have the right to return items for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Sale items have a return period of 14 days.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Returns showing signs of use, wear, make-up or dirt stains, perfume or other scents, or missing tags or packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

Return fee

A return fee is deducted from your refund. The fee is charged once per order, not per item.

No return fee is deducted when you return an item as part of an exchange.

Return label

Please use the return label from our return portal. We cannot take responsibility for returns sent with a label you have purchased yourself.
