Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we process it within 3-5 working days. The refund is then issued to your original payment method, and it may take 1-5 banking days before it appears in your account, depending on your bank.
- Paid with Klarna? The refund is made to Klarna, and you can follow it in the Klarna app.
- Return fee: The return fee is deducted from the refund, unless the return is part of an exchange.
- Where is my return? You can follow your return parcel with the tracking number on your return label.
If more than 10 working days have passed since your return was delivered to our warehouse and you have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@sailracing.com and include your order number.
