When you receive your order, you will find a return instruction sheet inside the parcel. Simply scan the QR code on the sheet with your phone to access our return portal.

Once you have registered your return, you will receive an email with your return shipping label and further return instructions.
Please pack the item securely, attach the return shipping label to the parcel, and drop it off at the shipping carrier stated in the instructions.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been processed, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Would you like to exchange your item?
To exchange an item, simply register a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired size or item on our website. No return fee will be deducted when exchanging an item.
